Job Description:

Safe Medical Care PLLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT and Computer System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our computer systems, automating existing systems, and implementing innovative solutions to support our medical practice. You will work closely with our medical staff to improve our technological infrastructure, manage our website, and develop applications that facilitate patient management and education. This role requires good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and data processing issues to enhance computer systems.
• Automate existing systems and processes.
• Research and recommend software solutions for the doctor's office.
• Explore options for virtual doctor's appointments.
• Create and maintain a client database.
• Ensure multilingual patient communication.
• Manage the company website, including SEO and marketing.
• Develop and maintain desktop and mobile applications for patient management.
• Provide patient education through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Experience: Minimum of 12 months of employment experience in Information Technology/Computer Systems.

Language Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu.
